I'm familiar with Christoph Janz' original 2014 post on this (http://christophjanz.blogspot.com/2019/04/five-years-later-five-ways-to-build-100.html) but not Tomas Tungutz' riff. And to be honest, I'd forgotten the Jantz one--need to reread it.
